Notes

Chill your ingredients: Make sure the rosé and orange juice are well-chilled before mixing.
Use quality ingredients: Select a good sparkling rosé for the best flavor, and use freshly squeezed, strained orange juice.
Get creative with cocktail garnishes: Try adding edible flowers, a grapefruit slice, or an orange peel twist.
Make it fresh: It’s best to mix the Rosé Mimosas just before serving to preserve the fizziness and freshness of the drink.

Ingredients for Rosé mimosa.

Sparkling Rosé: Opt for a quality sparkling Rosé wine or Rosé champagne with a gorgeous pink color. Choose Brut if you’re after a less sweet cocktail or an off-dry or semi-sweet sparkling Rosé if you like it sweeter.

To make a non-alcoholic Rosé mimosa, simply use an alcohol-free sparkling Rosé wine or pink Champagne.

Orange juice: Use freshly squeezed and strained orange juice for the best natural fruit flavors. You can also opt for store-bought orange juice if needed. Choose a natural juice instead of an orange-flavored juice with added sugar.

Rosé syrup (optional): If you prefer a sweeter taste and deeper color, you can add 1/2 oz of Rosé syrup or simple syrup.
