1 cup diced apples
1 cup diced pears
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup water

Stew the apples and pears in water, lemon juice, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon for 20 min. on the stove until fork tender.
