By replacing milk with liquid whey, the pancakes turn out incredibly light and soft, making them stay fresh even longer.

1 cup liquid whey
1 egg room temperature
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter (for ftying)
