About me

Food is my love language and aroha translates to love in Māori. That’s how the name Caroha came about.

I was born and raised in Germany and some of my best memories are related to connecting with loved ones over simple meals.

During my studies, I worked at a bakery café in Southern Germany, where I developed a strong affinity for bread making and traditional cakes.

As a marketer in the wine industry for over 10 years, I became passionate about connecting people via delicious content which has led me to starting this site.

As a mum of 3 young children now, quick and easy meals that the whole family enjoy have become my focus. All recipes are busy-mum and fussy-eater approved if you like!
