This one-pan Cheese and Ham Frittata comes together with 5 ingredients and in under 30 minutes. Perfect as a hearty breakfast, quick lunch, or easy dinner!
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs. Season with salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a hot cast iron skillet (or another oven-proof pan) over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and ham, and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked onion.
Reduce the heat to low and cook the egg mixture for about 3-5 minutes until starts to set. Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the cast iron to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until fully set and golden brown. Remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Cook over low heat: Cooking over too high heat can cause the egg mixture to burn.Let the frittata cool for 10 minutes to set before cutting.
