Cut the vanilla bean in half. If it's a fresh bean, scrape the vanilla seeds out of it with them back of a knife.

Add all ingredients to a bowl, except the halved vanilla bean. Mix to combine. Add the mixture to a mason jar and add the lid. Shake to fully combine and store it in a cool and dry place for 2 weeks. Shake it every 2-3 days for the flavors to mingle.
1 cup powdered milk, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Use the homemade coffee creamer within 4 weeks of opening the jar.
Notes
I use 2 tbsp of powdered creamer to make a milky coffee drink, that's about 3 teaspoons.Storage: Homemade powdered coffee creamer can be stored in a dark, cool, and dry place for up to 4 weeks. Alternatively, you can store the jar in the fridge.
