Add all ingredients to a large measuring cup or medium-sized bowl. Blend with an immersion blender for 1 minute until fully combined.
14 oz diced tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Use as directed or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

No immersion blender? You can use a stand mixer or food processor instead or use tomato purée (passata) as your base; simply stir in the other ingredients.Season to taste: Salt levels in canned tomatoes can vary, so adjust accordingly.Storage: This pizza sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
