14 oz diced tomatoes, 1 roasted red pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup almond butter
Blend until smooth. Season to taste with extra salt.
