Rosé Aperol spritz is my favorite cocktail on a hot summer day. It offers a fun spin on the classic Italian cocktail, swapping Prosecco for your favorite sparkling Rosé.

- 3 oz sparkling Rosé wine or Rosé Champagne, chilled
- 1 oz soda water chilled
- 2 oz orange slices

- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
