This quick and easy Rosé mimosa offers a pink twist on the popular champagne cocktail. Made with sparkling Rosé wine and fresh orange juice, this elegant mixed drink is the perfect mimosa for Rosé lovers.
To create the orange sugar rim, take the orange wedge and run it along the outer rim of a champagne flute. Mix sugar and orange zest in a shallow dish. Turn the glass upside down and gently press the moistened rim into the sugar on the plate. Rotate the glass to coat the entire outer rim evenly with orange sugar.
1 orange wedge, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp orange zest
Add the strained fresh orange juice to the flute.
1 oz fresh orange juice
Optionally, add Rosé syrup or simple syrup for a sweeter taste.
1/2 oz Rosé syrup
Top up with sparkling Rosé wine or Rosé champagne.
4 oz sparkling Rosé wine
Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
Garnish with twisted orange peel or orange slices. Serve immediately.
