How to use it: This recipe makes about 1 1/2 tablespoons of shawarma seasoning and you can use it to season 1 lb of chicken, beef, or lamb meat. Use it as a dry rub or mix it with 1/4 olive oil and 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice to make a quick marinade.
