Preheat your pizza oven or a pizza stone in your oven or BBQ.
In a small bowl, combine the ground beef with the harissa paste and freshly chopped parsley.
2 tbsp harissa paste, 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, 1 lb ground beef
Shape the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch wide pizza base.
1 pizza base
Add the ground beef mixture to the base, distributing it evenly with your fingers covering the whole base apart from 1/2 inch of the edge.
Evenly place the sliced red onion and crumbled feta cheese on top of the pizza base.
1/2 red onion, 1/4 cup feta cheese
Cook the pizza for 1-2 minutes in your pizza oven, rotating it frequently. If you're cooking it on a pizza stone in your conventional oven or BBQ, it'll take about 10 minutes to cook.
Remove the Turkish pizza from the pizza oven, oven, or BBQ, and garnish with freshly cut Italian parsley. Slice up the Lahmacun pizza and serve immediately!

Notes
Thin crust: Lahmacun is traditionally made with a very thin crust so it can be topped with fresh vegetables and rolled up into a kebab-style meal.Add onion later: For a sharper onion taste, add the sliced red onion to the pizza once baked.Storage: Leftover Turkish pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days. Reheat it in the oven or microwave.
