A meatball wrap makes an incredibly quick and easy lunch or dinner. You can put it together with leftover or meal-prepped meatballs in less than 10 minutes.
Reheat the cooked meatballs in the oven or microwave on medium heat until they're fully heated through.
4 meatballs, 1 tbsp tzatziki
To assemble the wraps, start with a large tortilla wrap and add 1/2 of the tzatziki sauce followed by the lettuce.
1 flour tortilla, 1/2 cup Iceberg lettuce
Place meatballs onto the lettuce. Add red cabbage salad or sauerkraut and finely sliced onion on top of the meatballs.
1/4 cup red cabbage salad, 1/4 tbsp red onion
Drizzle with remaining tzatziki and fold it up. Keep it wrapped up with a sleeve of parchment paper if needed. Serve straight away.
Notes
Lettuce wraps: Make a meatball lettuce wrap as a carb-free, keto-friendly meal using large lettuce leaves instead of the flour tortilla.Storage: I suggest meal-prepping all ingredients, especially the meatballs, but make the wraps fresh. They will last in an airtight container for some hours but they taste best fresh.
