Ingredients

Greek yogurt

pickled gherkins

pickle juice

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
1 cup Greek yogurt,
1/2 cup pickled gherkins,
1 tbsp pickle juice,
1 garlic clove,
1 tbsp fresh dill,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Season to taste with more pickle juice for some extra tang, salt, or black pepper.
Notes
Storage:
Leftover pickle sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days - perfect for meal prep. I don't recommend freezing it.
