Minimal prep, maximum flavor! These juicy pulled lamb burgers make the most of your meal-prepped pulled lamb and can be made in 15 minutes flat with only 3 ingredients.
Add the meal-prepped pulled lamb to a medium-sized skillet on medium heat and cook until it's fully heated through. Pulled lamb can be dry if overcooked. Cook until heated through but still juicy.
1 lb pulled lamb
Cut the burger buns in half and brush them with olive oil and grill for 1-2 on a parchment paper-lined tray with the olive oil brushed sides up. Alternatively, you can put them on the BBQ grill or toast them in a heated skillet for 1 minute
4 burger buns, 1 tbsp olive oil
Place a generous amount of lamb on each bun. Top with coleslaw and any desired toppings. Serve immediately while warm.
