Ingredients and substitutions
See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.

- Pulled lamb – BBQ pulled lamb is super easy to make. You just need some patience and a few minutes of hands-on prep time. Perfect to include it in your weekly meal prep routine.
- Buns – I use soft ciabatta rolls but brioche buns, sesame burger buns, or even pretzel burger buns will work well.
- Coleslaw – Mayonnaise dresses coleslaw gives the burgers extra moisture and a crunchy texture next to the tender pulled lamb.
Variations
Lamb sliders: Use small slider buns such as my Hawaiian dinner rolls to create handy slider. Perfect for parties!
Flatbread or pita pockets: Greek yogurt flatbreads or pita pockets are another great alternative for burger buns.
Spice it up: Add a dash of hot sauce, harissa paste, or Sriracha to the burgers for a spicy kick.
Probably the easiest burgers to make but so impressive thank to the pulled lamb!
