Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb pulled lamb
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup coleslaw

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F (180C), grill function.
  • Add the meal-prepped pulled lamb to a medium-sized skillet on medium heat and cook until it's fully heated through.

  • Cut the burger buns in half and brush them with olive oil and grill for 1-2 on a parchment paper-lined tray with the olive oil brushed sides up. Alternatively, you can put them on the BBQ grill or toast them in a heated skillet for 1 minute
    4 burger buns, 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Place a generous amount of coleslaw on each bun. Top with coleslaw and any desired toppings. Serve immediately.
    1 cup coleslaw

Notes

Pulled lamb can be dry if overcooked. Cook until heated through but still juicy.
Serve the burger immediately while warm.
