Pulled Lamb Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb pulled lamb
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C), grill function.
- Add the meal-prepped pulled lamb to a medium-sized skillet on medium heat and cook until it's fully heated through.1 lb pulled lamb
- Cut the burger buns in half and brush them with olive oil and grill for 1-2 on a parchment paper-lined tray with the olive oil brushed sides up. Alternatively, you can put them on the BBQ grill or toast them in a heated skillet for 1 minute4 burger buns, 1 tbsp olive oil
- Place a generous amount of coleslaw on each bun. Top with coleslaw and any desired toppings. Serve immediately.1 cup coleslaw
