How to make beef fritters
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Step 2: Mix to combine and let the mixture thicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the beef fritters in a medium-sized pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 4: Place them on a paper towel-lined plate for the access oil to be absorbed.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup potatoes peeled and grated
- 1/2 red onion medium-sized, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg medium-sized
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated potatoes, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, flour, dried rosemary, red onion, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Spoon the mixture in little portions into the pan and flatten lightly. They should be about 2 inches wide and 1/2 an inch thick. Cook the fritters until golden brown and cooked through – about 3-4 minutes on each side.2 tbsp olive oil
